Job Summary:
The Sample Coordinator will play a crucial role in the patternmaking process .As a Sample Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the sample development process, ensuring that samples are produced accurately and in a timely manner. You will work closely with the patternmaking team, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to ensure that the samples meet the required quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the sample development process from start to finish, ensuring samples are produced accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the patternmaking team to understand sample requirements and specifications.
- Communicate with suppliers to request and track sample development progress.
- Review and approve samples for accuracy, fit, and quality, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular fit sessions with models to evaluate the fit and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as design, product development, and production, to ensure alignment on sample requirements and timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sample development progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the sample development process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to patternmaking and sample development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Patternmaking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in patternmaking and sample coordination within the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of patternmaking techniques and garment construction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for fit, quality, and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Proficient in using patternmaking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
