Description:

Oversee sample coordination by ordering samples, tracking samples to photoshoots and follow up with merchants on delayed samples.

Input Sample Item IDs/Information into Smart Sheets once items are selected to be pulled for a photoshoot and work with Creative PM to ensure all those samples have arrived in time for photoshoot.

Assist Editorial Managers on sample preparation and presentation before shoot (for example, product packing and unpacking, shipping/processing soft goods, etc..)

Post Shoot, enter product shoot detail information into Asset Tracker and collect Product IDS from merchants for tangibility for site shelves, email, social, etc..

Follow up with merchants on launch dates and inventory delays to ensure featured product can be used in marketing assets on certain dates.

Prepare Workfront Docs for Site Asset Kickoff to the Creative team Help on Ad Hoc Editorial Projects as needed (ie: TV commercial pulls, influencer pulls, social media pulls, sample ordering off site when fast track samples are needed, etc..)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications or related field OR 2 years experience in creative operations or related field. I.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in digital marketing, creative production or related field.

• 1 year experience managing cross-functional projects.
