24 Seven has partnered with the world's most premier sportswear brand to recruit a senior administrative professional to join their team on a contract assignment
Responsibilities
• Calendar management for VP & Sr. Director (Outlook)
• Travel bookings for VP & Sr. Director (Concur – internal booking system)
• Drive deliverables and action items assigned to the team
• Build strong relationships with our local and global team leaders
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings / quarterly offsites
• Attend weekly staff meetings for LT & CMR Team
• Prepare correspondence - producing, editing and reformatting documents/emails
• Process expense reports, purchase orders and invoices
• Drive attendance and organize department meeting & events
• Serve as the central contact for general department information
Requirements for the position include:
• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or other support role in a professional business environment
• Previous experience with calendar management (Outlook) is highly preferred
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own
• Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience creating high-quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint and complex reports using Excel is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
