Our client is a leading skincare brand looking to add a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to their growing team!

The role of Sr. Channel Marketing Manager is to ensures that all marketing efforts support the brand’s overall marketing strategy and goals across all retail partners.


Deliverables: 

  • Daily liaison between the brand and retailer across all channels (B&M, dot com, marketing, etc.) and nurture a collaborative relationship in order to drive brand initiatives and achieve objectives
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication is provided to all retail partners regarding key deliverables
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing on assortment, pricing, competitive assessment, volume opportunity; assess post-program learnings to apply moving forward
  • Partner with sales to develop + execute channel appropriate marketing programs that drive awareness, share + achievement of retail sales plans
  • Manage merchandising updates, in partnership with Creative and Ops on development of merch updates; alignment with retailer and Sales on PQ and navigation; ensure consistency, clear, bold point of difference
  • Participate in development and management of the sampling strategy + execution. Ensure it aligns with brand philosophy + strategic objectives
  • Partner with ops in alignment with retailer to ensure sampling POs are processed and programs are shipped on time
  • Create post-mortem analysis of programs, launches, animations etc. 
  • Forward thinking of deliverables: market decks
  • Participate in development and management of marketing budgets and spending plans aligned with strategic imperatives
  • Ensure all retailer deliverables meet brand’s objectives and maximize awareness, education and sales
  • Ensure new product launches are executed based on global marketing strategy
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication is provided to all retail partners regarding key deliverables
  • Manage all marketing requests such as comps/asset forms, new product set up forms, dot com p-page content, copy, sell sheets, photography, etc.; ensuring requests are on time and executed consistently  across all channels
  • Develop and help execute key brand initiatives (events, gratis, backstage set ups, etc.) in collaboration with creative, Ops, 360 Marketing, Sales and Education to ensure all needs are met and achieve brand’s overall objectives
  • Collaborate with retailer partners to secure appropriate co-ops within budget, to drive brand exposure and awareness

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of Channel Marketing experience required.
  • Direct experience working with Sephora and/or Ulta
