DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Location: New York, NY or ATL, GA (ONSITE)

Industry: FinTech

Temp-to-Perm is preferred; open to Direct-Hire for the right candidate

Salary: 110-115K

You will be running the show as Digital Marketing Manager, the Subject Matter Expert. There are no other digital marketers on this team. Someone willing to wear a lot of hats and/or comes from a start-up environment will thrive in this role.

This is a D2C investment platform.
 
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development of paid, owned and earned digital and social marketing initiatives to support the continued growth of our investor community. Reporting to the VP, you will drive awareness to our online marketplace, enabling individuals to build a well-balanced portfolio. In addition, you will design and implement a plan around content and media, drive dissemination of brand messaging and further the narrative of the first direct-to-consumer platform launched by a global real estate institution. Primary Responsibilities:


• Lead the digital marketing strategy and execution, including creation and
management of the editorial content calendar, working with various stakeholders  
• Lead the development of digital media plans, including programmatic, video, paid
social, and partnerships 
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance and implement optimizations on paid and
organic efforts 
• Assist in creating content across platforms, including blog posts and whitepapers 
• Strengthen all social channels using strategic storytelling and development of a
comprehensive editorial calendar 
• Continuously analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns  
• Stay on top of changing digital behaviors and trends and provide on-going
creative and strategic inspiration to the team  
• Regularly propose, test, and explore innovative experiments to increase
conversion 
• Source new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages,
and other methods 
• Maintain competitive research to inform decision making on marketing
campaigns 
• Proposes innovative ways of growing, reaching, and engaging with audiences 
• Responsible for establishing interim milestones for project delivery and managing
resources to meet deadlines 
• Responsible for consistency of brand voice across all design decisions and
communications 
• Develops and deploys campaigns, including managing resources responsible for
copy writing, designing, and creating content in collaboration with marketing,
graphics, investor relations, and compliance teams 
• Tracks conversion rates and provides recommendations for improving usability,
design, and content of company and property websites including rapid A/B
testing experiments and optimization 
• Oversees social media strategy for fund offerings including obtaining any
necessary approvals to ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC rules 
• Approves invoices; enters into agreements with 3rd parties within approved
guidelines 
• Works with investor relations team on investor onboarding and cross?promotion
and additional conversion with existing investors 

Requirements:  
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience; or any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job 
• Experience in optimizing marketing strategies for conversions, retention of customers
• A data-driven mindset 
• Established social media background including driving strategy for an innovative
brand 
• Command of performance media including budget allocation, audience identification, creative strategy, and optimization 
• Strong command of web and social analytics and insight development 
• Experience leading paid media campaigns including planning, audience targeting,  creative development, testing and analysis a strong plus 
• Exceptional organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting 
• Strong writing skills 
• Proficiency in HubSpot or a CRM solution, Microsoft Office, Google Suite,
WordPress, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads 
 
Extra Credit:
• Experience at a FinTech or Startup 
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate or Alternative Investments
