Job description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a C-Suite executive. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming/outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by the executive
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office suite
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables
- Prepare expense reports and manage financial documentation
- Act as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing administrative support at an executive level or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple calendars effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility in managing changing priorities and adapting to shifting schedules
