Our client is a global creative agency looking for an organized, motivated and enthusiastic Sr Project Lead to play a pivotal role in the delivery of large and complex creative and experiential programs. You will work across a range of projects/accounts, as the project lead for several programs for B2B and B2C. You will also support the business development team and lead an internal team including designers, in generating creative and detailed responses to client RFPs.
You will:
- Interpret the client brief and respond with solutions that deliver against their objectives
- Be the main point of contact for the client for the duration of the program, acting as a trusted advisor and critical friend, to ensure we help them to find the best way to meet their objectives
- Fully own programs end to end from kickoff through wrap up
- Work with the internal team and suppliers to bring concepts to life across all aspects of a program
- Share your insight within the operations team and educate on innovation and trends
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience. Agency experience is a MUST
- Demonstrable track record of generating innovative solutions,
- First-class project management skills
- Excellent client handling skills
- Strong communicator
