Our client is a leading meal subscription service looking for a Senior Manager, CRM to join their team!
In this role you will deliver the best customer experiences across our marketing communications, channels and brands. This is an exciting opportunity to liaise between CRM, product, technology, retention and customer care teams to find & address friction in the customer journey
- Drive strategic and operational direction for triggered transactional communications.
- Analyze points of friction in customer interactions across teams
- Coordinate communications across teams to ensure consistent messaging across site, app, and marketing channels.
- Improve CRM data sharing
- Dive into marketing communications to create a cohesive cross-channel playbook supporting common asks in the customer journey
- Design and implement multivariate testing (content, segmentation, subject lines) to continually improve effectiveness
- Work with brand and creative teams to develop campaign assets, increase personalization
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, and project management
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL plus
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- A scrappy team player, who will actively pitch in wherever necessary and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Skilled at marrying data & segmentation
