Our client is a fast growing wellness supplement company looking for a Senior Manager of Performance Content Strategy. In this role you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies that drive performance across eCommerce platforms.This role will require a deep understanding of performance content marketing, and content data analytics, with a focus on increasing click through rate, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive paid social content
- strategy that drives performance across all paid social channels.
- Identify content opportunities and trends that resonate with audiences, and
- translate these into actionable content directions and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars that align with
- promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Oversee the performance of conversion-driven content for all paid social channels
- Work closely with the content creation team
- Analyze content to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven
- decisions
- Optimize content based on performance metrics, A/B testing, and customer
- feedback to improve conversion rates and CAC.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social trend, best practices and algorithm changes
- Lead and mentor a small team
- Manage relationships with external agencies
- Use data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth, adjusting
- strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role, with
- at least 2 years in a management or leadership position
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics
- Experience in the health & wellness industry is a plus!
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing
- priorities
