Title: Sr. Performance Marketing Manager
Location: LA - Hybrid
Job Description: A fashion brand is looking to bring on a highly skilled Sr. Performance Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is someone that’s growth marketing and everything-digital obsessed! You know how E-comm works and live for algorithms and techniques that drive business from the top of the funnel prospecting to conversions and remarketing. Customer Acquisition, Conversion, Retention, Repeat!
Key Responsibilities:
-SEO PPC, Display, owning the analytics, and building strategies across web presence, implementing bidding campaigns, and more
-Collaborating with 3rd parties to accelerate and improve SEM, daily updates, and task management
-Collecting metrics, conducting analysis, building, and presenting weekly reports.
-Paid Social Marketing – Ad placement and media buying, weekly KPI’s
-Inbound marketing (email, SMS, reviews), calendar planning, campaign development, and execution
-Strong understanding of fashion and eComm
Key Qualifications:
-Experience managing paid media and growth marketing for a fashion brand is highly need
-Google ads, Google Analytics skills
-Paid Social skills and experience (ad placement in Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, and fluent in marketing platforms like klayvio, Octoly, and more.
