Our client is looking to bring on a SEO Specialist to their team.

Location: Remote


The SEO Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the organizational strategy and team execution involving organic search for multiple brands & local PDS websites and local listings. The supervisor will support in shaping the enterprise SEO strategy, maturing from a transactional approach to a holistic approach for our multifaceted business.


  • Assist with building strategic SEO roadmaps that coordinate the approaches of multiple national and local websites
  • Implementation of SEO tactics that are data-driven and to be measured against business goals: organic growth, return visitors, time on page, # of pages viewed, acquisition and engagement, and conversion
  • Strategize and implement on-page and off-page optimizations for all of our Brands.
  • Conduct SEO audits of our web properties, present findings and recommendations to leadership and teams
  • Provide hands-on day-to-day SEO support as needed, such as keyword research for articles, creating SEO briefs, providing SEO reviews of content, etc.
  • Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of backlink profile; develop, execute, and manage link building strategy
  • Ongoing conversion rate optimization and metatag maintenance & improvement
  • Support in the ongoing SEO content and optimization efforts to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content to maximize ranking for strategic keywords
  • Work cross-functionally to improve platform search-friendliness alongside day-to-day content and front-end optimization work
  • Collaborate with teams across channels to develop category strategies against dental industry and specialty markets; derive and deliver tangible business value from this holistic approach
  • Collaborate with web developers, editors, video producers, marketing, design, and product to ensure all relevant activities that could benefit from SEO are optimized
  • Under some guidance, build the internal and field team’s SEO understanding and monitor execution by documenting guidelines and training as needed
  • Monitor and administer all web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools; provide regular reports showing site traffic and make recommendations to strengthen user experience
  • Research the latest industry updates, SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices to inform how you prioritize your SEO recommendations




  • Minimum of 3+ years SEO management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize & drive business outcomes through SEO, particularly in a large, multi-faceted and fast-paced environment  
  • Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Polished communication skills and ability to drive a conversation with leadership
  • Ability to measure the effectiveness of strategy (rankings, traffic, conversions) and make decisions based on data
  • Expertise of SEMrush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, PageSpeed Analysis, link analysis, Conductor and more
  • Expertise in Local Listings Data Management such as Yext. GMB and Yelp is also a plus.
  • Knowledge in Structured Data/Json
  • Expert knowledge of technical SEO, proven ability to stay abreast of current standards, and willingness to perform regular technical audits
  • Ability to take in data, business objectives, and context to provide actionable, impactful SEO recommendations across multiple brands
  • Strong knowledge of HTML (including ARIA/accessibility, OG metatags, structured data), CSS, XML and JSON sitemaps, and page optimization techniques and technologies
  • Ability to lead and coach team in a professional manner



  • Some experience with HTML, CSS & JavaScript coding, and other web programming skills
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Datorama
  • Prior experience launching and/or growing new brands/sites/products with SEO
  • Prior experience working closely with an SEO agency to expand upon your individual SEO efforts and impact Experience in retail and/or healthcare industries
