Shipping and Recieving Associate:

Our client is a well-known luxury watch company that is looking for a new shipping and receiving associate to join their team! 

Shipping and Receiving Associate Responsibilities: 

Ensures that all of the company’s inbound and outbound international shipments as well as run smoothly and without error. Ensures that all administrative support actives – including productivity reporting as well as invoices and inventories – of promotional and visual merchandising items meet the companies standards of excellence. Through strong administrative skills, ensures that the National Shipping and Receiving Manager is supported in achieving the Company’s goals, meeting and exceeding performance expectations, and maintaining overall image of the Company. Ensures that all computer use activities including but not limited to using, learning, and adapting to new programs/software can be performed quickly, independently and without error.

-Administering all inbound and outbound international shipments
-Overseeing ordering and inventory process for all LIC and NY shipping supplies
-Supporting National Shipping and Receiving Manager in all administrative tasks
-Invoicing and returns of promotional items
-Invoicing and flow of visual merchandising items
-Producing productivity reports from Agile, FedEx and Ferrari
-Overseeing the movement of annual special collections between ORJ’s
-Logging and maintaining shipment information
-Tracking packages
-Assisting in physical inventory
-Entering inventory data
-Securing expensive Company property
-Verifying receipts
-Generating freight carrier receipts
-Cross referencing shipping records

Shipping and Receiving Associate Qualifications: 
-Ability to learn and utilize new computer programs
-High School Diploma 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience
-Relevant computer skills and websites including but not limited to:, FedEx
-PowerShip,,QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics AX & 365 and Microsoft Office
-Suite (Excel and Word).
-Understanding of Import and export protocols
-Inventory management
-Organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Experience with, FedEx, USPS, SOP’s
