24 Seven is partnering with a health & wellness client on a mission to defeat dehydration to help them find a Social Media Graphic Designer to join their team in this REMOTE opportunity! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that comes with benefits. 

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Social Graphic Designer to join the in-house Creative team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about social media, along with having a deep understanding of paid advertising within the digital space. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing strategic on-brand solutions for all digital channels. We are seeking someone who is equally as talented as a designer as they are a creator when it comes to building unique, eye-catching, and high performing ads and content.

Daily Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop social brand identity (both paid and organic) and to execute against the day-to-day requests tied to the content calendar. This role is vital in enabling our brand to build an engaged audience community across key channels, which ultimately leads to helping us meet our goal of increasing brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Create primarily digital designs and videos for a range of projects, including but not limited to: social media graphics (static and animated), paid advertising, website assets, landing pages, promotional materials, and more
  •  Assist with development of the digital visual identity; creating templates, digital brand guidelines, and more in partnership with creative and marketing leadership
  • Work in partnership with the Marketing team to create cohesive social media assets that can be leveraged for paid media, organic social, and audience acquisition tactics
  • Work in conjunction with the Creative team to ensure consistency in brand voice and visual style across all social channels
  • Leverage key insights shared by the Marketing team and align learnings with assigned work
  • Pitch and present work, with the ability to clearly communicate concept rationales
  • Establish and maintain efficient and scalable production of all digital assets throughout the design team — re: templates, resizing and versioning
  • Manage multiple projects from brief, to concept through completion
  • Understand creative strategy and deliver work that highlights brand differentiation and inspires action through solid design storytelling
  • Collaborate with copywriters and in-house designers; sharing ideas and participating in group discussions, bringing fresh insight and inspired thinking to the group
  • Responsible for thoroughly reviewing and proofing all work before sending to client and before sending to printer
  • Proactively gather information and materials needed for design projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Producer, or similar Visual Development
  • Experience with social media advertising across multiple platforms is a requirement
  • Advanced level of Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat required
  • Video editing capabilities to help create short-form and long-form video content
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortably taking feedback from peers and team Leadership
  • Strong conceptual planning, creative design, and typography skills and the ability to follow art direction and collaborate on layouts
  • A keen eye for detail and a well-developed artistic and creative aesthetic
  • Ability to adapt to changes in social media, commerce and marketing platforms
