Well-known and respected lifestyle brand is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer goods, experience with a youthful demographic and a superior knowledge of what is trending and upcoming in the world of Social Media!
*This role is partially onsite in Orange County so only local candidates will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Work to evolve and update Social Media and Content strategies across platforms and as a whole
- Oversee development of Social Media assets collaborating with creative, photo and video teams
- Create and expand content calendar
- Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies
- Further develop and expand Influencer and Ambassador programs
- Lead Influencer and Ambassador programs, collaborations and partnerships
- Collect and analyze all social media data and analytics reporting and sharing with the executive team
- Make changes and provide new recommendations based off data and findings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Partner with external agencies as needed for campaign specific needs
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years Social Media experience with 2+ years at Manager level
- Experience within the lifestyle consumer goods industry
- True passion for social media with deep rooted knowledge and understanding
- Experience working with a global or multi-region brand
- Ability to think quickly and respond to changes in an effective manor
- Proven track record of growing audiences, engagement and brand loyalty
- Balance of creative and analytical mindset
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships that foster collaboration
