24 Seven is working with a well-known apparel brand based in Scottsdale, AZ to help them find a Social Media Manager to join their team in this full-time, direct hire opportunity that comes with excellent benefits. This is a hybrid schedule with 4 days/week onsite, and remote Fridays.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media and a deep understanding of social media trends, a keen eye for content creation, and a strong passion for sports. You must be an expert in developing content strategy for all platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and have a demonstrated understanding of the different types of content that each platform requires.

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's online voice, engaging with the community, and executing innovative social media strategies. You will be responsible for managing what product drops are coming and how social can support that. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create compelling and on-brand content, adhering to brand's creative direction and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to present and refine creative concepts.
  • Plan and deliver social shoots in coordination with the Sr. Content Manager's concepts and content requests.
  • Execute brand activations for product drops, partnerships, and community outreach moments.
  • Own and drive the social content calendar for the entire organization.
  • Attend and capture content at internal and external events, representing the brand while capturing content.
  • Stay informed about current events, pop culture, fashion, and social media trends.
  • Work effectively cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.
  • Working with the data and product teams on a day to day figuring out what stories to tell on the various platforms and how to engage the consumer. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns.

Skills
  • Command of social media platforms and community management, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Professional understanding of the latest social media marketing trends and techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Hootsuite
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Adobe Suite experience (primarily Photoshop & Lightroom) and basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
  • Passion for sports, marketing, and social media innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
