A full-service design, marketing, branding and communications agency is seeking a Content and Paid Social Media Manager to join their team! 

Are you passionate about using social media to communicate? Are you known for your ability to be clever, write inventive blogs and Facebook posts as well as keep up with the latest trends? If so, we are looking for a candidate who is obsessed with social media and is a balanced mix of highly creative and analytical.

You’ll manage multiple clients’ social presence while being an integral part of the company’s overall marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Community Manager for multiple clients’ social accounts
  • Conduct online research into client and client competitors’ activity
  • Develop compelling and engaging content for all social media channels
  • Create editorial content calendars for agency and clients
  • Moderate inbound messages and comments across multiple social networks
  • Strategically optimize social account to increase visibility of social content
  • Setup, maintain and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Facebook ads manager
  • Track performance of social advertising campaigns
  • Analyze social data and metrics to continually improve clients’ social strategy
  • Develop ideas for social media promotions and engagement tactics
  • Assist with client presentations
  • Proactively seek social media opportunities for new and existing clients
  • Research emerging social media trends, tools and changes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience
  • Experienced and comfortable on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest and more
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and ability to interpret reporting and optimize as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Analytics experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
  • Strong editing skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
