We are looking for an Sr. Art Director to lead an agile, cross-functional team that will partner closely with Content, Growth and Engineering teams to develop compelling, bold and innovative designs across all Commercial B2B digital properties. Concept and execute creative content for 360 integrated campaigns across a broad range of channels, website, paid advertising, video, interaction, content, social and events that increases brand awareness and builds a world class customer experience. We are looking for strong B2B experience, excellent digital design skills, aesthetic sensibility, strength in ambiguity, results driven and collaborative attitude are must-haves. You are a player and a coach, able to think strategically and see the bigger picture while providing design direction, hands-on creative to lead, deliver and execute across a variety of platforms and touch points.
 

What You’ll Accomplish


- Lead art direction and concepting for all B2B demand gen integrated marketing across direct mail, video, infographics, paid ads, social, email, website and events to drive 3x increase in lead generation and opportunity conversion across the funnel.
- Successfully partner across marketing, content, growth and engineering to lead design of the user experiences for a bold, redesigned B2B2C website that increases engagement.
- Uplevel brand expression with processes and templates within a design system
Implement proven design processes that consistently empowers the content and demand gen design team to creatively diverge based on strategic objectives, and then converge into brilliant design solutions.
- Grow, lead and mentor a high-performing design team of 3+ designers and vendors that start with a customer-first mindset and can influence through deep understanding of design principles.
 

What We’re Looking For


- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand expression and 360 campaign development across new and existing digital platforms, website and interactions and UI/UX experience
- Designs with user experience in mind, understands customer journey map across all digital channels, platforms and media, from first touch to conversion.

- Leads from ideation to presentation of creative strategy to execution, to create and develop consistent brand and cohesive customer experience.
- Multiple cycles of success building a world-class, memorable, high-engaging website from the ground up
- Stunning attention to detail in applying all elements of visual design [typography, color, texture, imagery, iconography, layout, etc] in design systems
- Works with stakeholders to build out strong communication patterns, leveraging data and insights to inform design decisions; translates feedback to explore, iterate and optimize on design and marketing assets
- Experienced leader of Agile design sprints using collaboration technology like Gdocs, Asana, and Slack. Appropriately prioritizes workflows based on design capacity and business needs.
- Mastery of digital design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision with strong knowledge of GSuite, After Effects & Video editing
- Experienced in art direction for data visualization, interactive content, video and motion design
