General Summary:
Looking for a Sr. Manager or Assistant Director of Digital Marketing who will assist with the planning, executing and reporting on Paid Search, Affiliate, YouTube, SEO, and new digital growth opportunities for our rapidly growing portfolio of beauty brands. This performance marketer will help create and manage digital marketing strategies and leverage marketing campaigns to facilitate revenue. This position will require all search engine platforms along with reporting platforms. This role will partner with marketing brand managers, channel managers, and direct response experts to drive collaborative omnichannel brand and product launches.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
•   Plan, manage and optimize successful pay per click (PPC) campaigns on various paid search networks (Google, Bing, YouTube, Yahoo)
•   Build new ad groups and campaigns with new keywords and creative
•   Aggregate reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis while working with leads to generate insights, calculating basic KPIs and understanding how metrics effect each other
•   Daily campaign & budget management including optimizations
•   Monitor daily searches on high priority keywords (i.e. brand and lead terms)
•   Develop projections/proposals and understand the tools used to build them
•   Understand, implement and troubleshoot the tracking process
•   Proactively bring new ideas for the account to improve performance
•   Constantly provide improvements for content and mobile optimization
•   Monitor and research industry trends related to beauty marketing to continually improve knowledge and skills, and communicate new ideas and trends
•   Continually strive for operational/logistic strategy and efficiency

Experience and Skills:
•   Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
•    5+ years of hands-on SEM experience, primarily in paid search campaign management; DSP/DMP and programmatic buying (DoubleClick or other) experience a plus
•   Affiliate and SEO experience
•   Google and Bing Ads experience a must.
•   Proven track record of successful SEM implementation and optimization
•   Comprehensive understanding of keyword research
•   Proficient with SEM reporting and analytical tools
•   Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, algorithmic models, and marketing analytics 
•    Proven success hitting monthly goals for spend and return; optimizing/improving upon paid media campaigns; and managing media spend budgets
•   Certification in Google Ads; Google Analytics is a plus
•   Proficient to expert level with Word and Excel, HTML and JavaScript knowledge a plus
•    High energy, forward-thinking, and quick learner who works well in a fast-paced environment and wants to work within a robust, cutting-edge demand-gen team
•   Highly collaborative team player
