One of our electronics manufacturing and supply clients is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist to join their team for an exciting full-time, fully remote role.

This Sr. Marketing Specialist will report directly to the brand's VP of Marketing and be responsible for helping guide all product, channel, and tradeshow, marketing, as well as developing and executing social/digital campaigns in support of product launches and key editorial/partnership opportunities.

The Sr. Marketing Specialist should be comfortable in fast-paced remote environments, have a proactive working style and approach to their job, and have previous knowledge/experience in any aspect of emergency services and the fire truck/ambulance industry.


Ideal Sr. Marketing Specialist candidates will have:
- At least 3-5+ years of experience as a Marketing Assistant/Specialist, Tradeshow Coordinator, or similar position
- Experience working in and/or familiarity with the emergency services industry, specifically fire trucks, ambulances, and other emergency vehicles.
- BA degree in marketing or related field
- Knowledge of social media tools and platforms including: Salesforce, other CRM tools, Google Ads and Analytics
- Strong writer able to concept, develop, write, and edit/proof own work
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with PM tools - i.e. Asana, Trello, Redbooth, etc.
- Well-versed in digital marketing best practices and campaign development, comfortable using tools including: Hootsuite (strongly preferred), Salesforce,  Google Analytics, Pardot, Mail Chimp, etc.
- Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiar with basic web development tools including WordPress and HTML/CSS
- Excellent written/verbal communication, time management, ability to prioritize work, attention to detail, and problem solving skills


Nice to have:
- Experience in the Power or Battery industries
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro


Job Responsibilities:
- Participate/lead in the creation of digital marketing campaigns – email, paid search, social campaigns, new product launches, etc.
- Assist with new product introductions, maintain a calendar of editorial opportunities in various publications, monitor social media to track hot topics, and identify upcoming influencers who can help the brand through partnership
- Develop 360 degree demand generation programs
- Create ROI reports for campaigns, run and analyze metric reports for website and social media channels for ongoing improvements
- Conceive and create content for thought and technology leadership, industry education, and reproduction
- Maintain and manage ongoing marketing budgets
- Maintain price lists, spec sheets and other marketing collateral
- Assist the design team when needed especially during the busy tradeshow seasons
- Manage distribution of marketing materials to accounts, and help with organization and management of team events
- Maintain a tradeshow calendar, sign up for necessary services, coordinate logistics, arrange pre/post show meetings, and document action items
- Review & present pre-show and onsite marketing opportunities
- Serve as main point of contact for all print jobs – flyers, banners, posters, merchandisers, trinkets etc.
