Job description

Title: Sr. Mobile UX Designer

Overview:

At our company, we are building the next generation AI-enabled loyalty marketing platform and consumer loyalty experience for customers like Jamba Juice, El Pollo Loco, TGI Fridays, and Papa Johns. We are transforming into a customer driven environment where customer research informs what we build and how we design our products.

In this role you will lead the design of our loyalty app framework, a whitelabel app that allows guests to earn and redeem rewards and order online, and our company pick-up solution for restaurant employees to manage pick-up orders placed through the loyalty app. Our ideal candidate is an expert at designing mobile apps for consumers, and responsive web applications for businesses. You are fluent in mobile UI patterns and excel at leading the design of best-in-class, simple and impactful products that drive results for our customers and our business in collaboration with UX research, product management, engineering, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do
• Lead the design or our consumer loyalty app framework and in-store staff pick-up experience by working closely with UX researchers, product managers, engineering, other internal stakeholders and customers to drive the design of simple, elegant, and impactful products and features
• Develop user personas, use cases, workflows, scenarios, concepts, wireframes, prototypes and final mock-ups to communicate designs to stakeholders
• Drive the design review cycle with key stakeholders and customers to ensure the designs achieve the set goals
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our product is best-in-breed
• Work with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs

What You'll Need
• 8-10 years of experience as a Product / User Experience Designer for mobile and responsive web applications
• Mastery of the UX design process for products, not websites, from discovery, through definition, design, and implementation
• Fluency in mobile UI patterns
• A portfolio of design work with case studies demonstrating your process and the impact of your efforts
• Expert-level UX software skills (we use Figma)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
