Primary focus
- Search Engine Optimization- building a winning strategy across our Client’s web presence, identifying (and constantly updating) winning key words and implementing bidding campaigns (in collaboration with the in-house web developer, creative & copy team).
- Owning our Client’s Google Analytics, building and implementing a winning strategy, account daily management & maintenance.
- Collaborating with third parties to accelerate and improve SEM, daily updates & task management
- Collecting metrics, conducting analysis, building, and presenting weekly executive reports - Building, implementing, and assessing PPC strategy, daily task management
- Search Ad placement, tracking & analytics, daily task management
- Metrics collection, analysis & weekly reporting
- Wireframing weekly tasks for Creative & Copy
- owning the tasks and supervision execution Paid Social Marketing- primary focus
- Ad placement/Media buying towards POS.com
- Social boosting and whitelisting + - Metrics collection & analysis
- Weekly KPI reporting

- needs to have a good understanding of the basics to work closely with Manager, E-Comm Development
- Understanding of the E-Comm functionality and liaisons with Performance Marketing
- Collaboration with the in-house web developer across SEM, Campaigns, Product launches & Web Sales
- Building campaigns
- Managing extensions with Social (IG Shop, FB Shop, YT Shop, TT Shop)
- Wireframing weekly tasks for Creative & Copy
- Building & presenting weekly executive reports
Skills:
- SEM tool kit (Google Analytics (fluent) + own set of skills/tools)
- Paid Social tool kit (ad placement with Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube- all fluent + own/additional skills/tools
- Inbound mktg platforms: Klaviyo, Attentive, Octoly + own skills/tools
- experience working with agencies on winning strategies and execution (campaign examples and KPIs will be asked at the interview)
Profile:
1. Energetic, optimistic, self-motivated and driven to make a change. Great attitude is crucial!
2. Self-organized and autonomous to lead and own the tasks, to be a leader and a pioneer!
3. Beauty industry experience (skincare preferable but not crucial)
4. Interest and expertise in Digital: online beauty shopping, social, display and search ads and sales through digital ads.
5. Well-versed in Social Media (must have experience and be actively using Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube)
6. Search Engine and Paid marketing guru and lover.
