Job description
We are searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager. This Senior PM is a a natural-born leader, a creative technologist at heart, who can oversee management of our complex projects from inception to delivery, and works with leadership on generating cutting-edge projects for the team.

Design is at the heart of what we do, fueled by our curiosity and the passion to deliver the best possible results. Our creative thinking is end to end, starting with ideas and paper, informing design of user experiences, while in parallel we validate technical feasibility and implement software and hardware prototypes. Our efforts are punctuated with future showcases or industrialized products at scale.
WHO WE NEED:
He/ She will be responsible for process design and optimization in areas spanning from project delivery and vendor management, to resourcing, scheduling, and project controlling.
Project Scope, Management and Delivery
Work with global teams on collaborative projects across studios
Be a leader on client communication and deliverables
Mentor, coach, and support employee personal development
Act as the point of contact for first escalation level on projects
Create, review, and scope SOWs for new business with the leadership team
Support more junior team members with scheduling deliverables
Lead project health reporting
Actively manage the agency’s more complex projects
Resourcing and Freelance:
Work with the leadership team to allocate labor resources to active projects
Update status reports, communicate resourcing needs and availabilities globally
Work with the Human Resources Manager to oversee proper onboarding of freelancers and temporary employees as appropriate, related to active projects.
Coordinate workload forecast based on pipeline
Controlling / Reporting / Forecasting
Together with finance, coordinate project-related billing
Ensure sales pipe is current to support an accurate P&L
Work with the COO to ensure financial stability of projects all-up
Process
Define and own process design and optimization
Maintain and improve process to ensure compliance
Define, create, and recommend project management and controlling tools.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field from an accredited university; will consider equivalent experience as a substitute for the education requirement
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project / product management required, including managing substantial ($1MM+) budgets.
At least 3 years’ experience at an agency (digital / creative agencies preferred)
Demonstrated experience using Agile / Waterfall methodologies is required
PMP, SCRUM Master, or CAPM certification is preferred
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is required
