Sr. Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience
• Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
• Maintain strong relationships with all hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timing
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
• Develop job post content to target a highly qualified applicant pool
• Inventory resumes and interview documentation in compliance with company best practices
• Schedule and conduct phone screens and interviews that reflect our client's inclusive culture and values
• Collect and proactively share timely interview feedback
• Partner closely with the HR team to ensure smooth first-day onboarding and staying present throughout onboarding including periodic check-ins with new team members
• Partner with current and new organizations to increase the quality, quantity, and diversity of our talent pool
• Proactively report recruiting status to internal stakeholders including VP, Human Resources, COO/CFO, Executive Leadership and Hiring Managers
• Assist with the development of and provide reporting on metrics that measure the efficacy and business impact of talent acquisition programs
What you bring:
• 5+ years successful recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing related industry (i.e., advertising / marketing agency)
• Strong appetite for sourcing and candidate outreach
• Highly organized with outstanding communication skills
• Solutions –oriented, can-do attitude
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
• Adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Office 365
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience required)
• Experience promoting employer branding with social media posts
• Creative, always on the lookout for the best recruiting tactics, tools, and strategies
• Focus on building high-performing diverse and inclusive teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19
