Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE: · You will coordinate store teams to focus on excellent performances and results, based on kpi’s, despite challenge, obstacles and pressure while meeting or exceeding sales plan · You will ensure stores are merchandised with proper inventory, according sales trend , retail market needs and demand, working close with Merchandise planner to guarantee deliveries and adequate level of stock, from initial allocation to replenishment · You will ensure overall visual standards, staff appearance, technical maintenance are met · You will ensure procedures (inventory, administration, cash handling) are fully efficient and provide adequate training · On management side, you will work close to Store Management to implement target sales, through kpi’s improvement, CRM data acquisition, performing regular meeting with Store Management · You will lead projects for store openings, take overs and closures, Pop Up stores, refits, partnering with corporate functions · You will foster a passionate work environment where trust, honesty and commitment are valued · You will empower store team through engagement and motivation: focus individual strengths, assess talents and provide opportunity to growth · You will lead the team to achievement of common goals, working by priorities, roles and accountability · You will supervise and be accountable for all aspects of inventory operations, monitoring loss-prevention, inventory discrepancies, store expenses and cash reports · You will support Store Managers in recruitment process, both permanent and temporary staff · Accurate and timely management of information, with supporting analysis, through weekly reporting WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE? To be successful with us you ll have · College degree or equivalent working experience · Demonstrable 3+ year experience in a similar role and proven record of achievement · Strong business acumen, numerical agility and forward thinking · Excellent communication skills · A thorough understanding of retail (sportswear and premium background is a plus) · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point, Word · Structured and methodical with an high level of attention to details: retail is detail! · Agile and with an entrepreneurial spirit, finding new approaches and solutions to the challenges
