Position OverviewThe Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of top tier talent. This individual will partner with internal stakeholders to define strategic objectives around hiring needs and identify solutions with a high sense of urgency. Members of our Talent team are strategic partners for the businesses they support and are passionate ambassadors of our brands. The right person for this role has a proven track record in recruiting for the following functions: Operations (Finance, HR, IT), Sales, and Planning.
Responsibilities
- Own full life cycle recruitment including: developing recruiting strategy, sourcing (passive and active), screening, interviewing, talent calibration and offer-to-hire
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders
- Provide recommendations and talent insights using market knowledge, data, and a strong industry network
- Pipeline for future hiring needs in partnership with leaders and HR Business Partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and roll out solutions
- Coach and counsel leaders on the different touch points of the recruiting process as needed including: interview process, crafting an excellent candidate experience, and developing a strong offer
Requirements
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment ownership; apparel industry experience required, agency experience a plus
- Strong understanding of key recruiting metrics
- Strong client service mentality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of building positive relationships with cross functional teams
- Team player who can collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- This is a hybrid role (4 days in office)
