Marketing Specialist, Digital and CRM (Temp)
Must be able to work 3 days onsite (in Placentia) 2 remote. 
Rate: $30-40/hr. 

Job Description: 

The ideal candidate will be an analytically driven professional with a strong understanding of marketing automation and lead management. This role will play a crucial part in managing company's online presence, including websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media, and paid advertising, among other lead generation functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CRM platforms, website management, and digital marketing strategies, with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a crucial role in managing our customer relationship management platform, focusing on lead management, and marketing automation.
  • As a subject matter expert in HubSpot management, marketing, and sales campaign analytics, you will support the team by managing the website and setting up online campaigns.
  • Responsibilities include optimizing HubSpot workflows, analyzing campaign performance metrics, updating website content, creating engaging blog posts, and maximizing online campaign effectiveness.
  • Your contributions will directly impact our customer engagement and conversion rates, driving measurable results across our digital marketing efforts.
  • Lead Generation & CRM Management Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and manage CRM systems to optimize lead nurturing and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on segmentation, measure results and optimize workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows, automated email sequences, and effective lead scoring models.
  • Build customized views, dashboards, and reports for users. Manage CRM Platform daily, creating workflows, automated lists, updating forms and properties.
  • Oversee data integrity, manage, grow, and maintain health of user databases. Measure and optimize HubSpot campaigns, proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance strategies.
  • Share knowledge and best practice, carry out training for existing and new users.
