Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to establish a comprehensive social content strategy.
Content creation on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Youtube + maintain a consistent posting schedule, with daily uploads (1-2 times per day).
Engage actively with supporters' comments and interact on influencer posts.
Respond to relevant direct messages (DMs) and prioritize interaction with the audience.
Conduct regular research on content trends and develop engaging video content using various tools, such as TikTok, Shorts, and Reels.
Manage relationships with stylists through outreach efforts and maintain a comprehensive stylist sheet.
Monitor social media analytics and prepare monthly reports to track progress, while also overseeing press outreach and the marketing budget.

Requirements:

Have grown a personal/brand's account and maintained consistency in growth is preferred.
