24 Seven is partnering with a global sportswear brand to hire a Project Manager to join their Global Compensation and Incentives team.
Project Manager for all activities that will occur for the Mid-Year Pay Cycle
-Creation, maintenance, and ownership of project plan
-Partnering with project task owners to ensure project schedule is comprehensive and relevant (Comp COE, Comp Ops, Tech)
-Issue/Risk management for event execution
- Project lifecycle escalation ownership (risks to service delivery, timeliness, accuracy, cost and consumer experience)
-Responsible for timely task delivery and follow-up as needed ? Communicate project status to leadership
-Oversite and review of event consumer communications;

Vision and Strategy:
-Develops vision, strategy and deliverables of the large international Program.
-Ensures program is aligned with business strategies and budgets.
-Owns the business case for the Program, establishes and maintains cross functional and regional coordination
Organization, Planning and Execution:
-Maintains ultimate responsibility regarding program objectives operating within financial and resource constraints;
-Manages project dependencies within the program and builds the program team.
-Ensures vendor contracts, relationships, performance, and communications are well managed.
