The Global Enablement Industry Team delivers remarkable, relentlessly contextual experiences to help sellers do the greatest work of their lives. In collaboration with our partners on the Global Content and Curriculum Team we design and develop experiences that address the immediate and emergent needs of our sellers. And, of course, we deliver measurable, industry-enviable experiences with precision and best-in-class production and facilitation.

The candidate we seek is fueled by a passion to learn about multi-textured (learning pods, self-guided learning, simulations, on-the-job experimentation, etc.) learning journeys that drive real behavior change. They have a foundation in experience design and a hunger for reconciling learning objectives with our sellers. The candidate will be able to command a room with their charisma and authentic facilitation style, pulling learners into the content. They are ready to learn the back-end logistics required to launch and scale programs and show proficiency or promise in end-to-end program management.


Responsibilities: 

* Advance the cause of helping our sellers and sales leaders learn so that they can absorb, process, and act on information faster. On any given day, you might find yourself:
* Commanding a virtual room to guide sellers through interactive, industry-enviable training experiences;
* Delivering interactive enablement experiences, via a variety of modalities and technologies, at all stages of the employee lifecycle
* Listening and collaborating with stakeholders to design next-level seller training experiences;
* Creating all learning and supporting materials/media (simulations, role plays, games etc.) required to deliver the training in partnership with SMEs and other relevant stakeholders
* Scheduling sessions and provide post enablement support including surveys, course assignments, cheat sheets and other activities that embed the learning process
* Acting as an information conduit between the Delivery team and other relevant stakeholders
* Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders


Requirements:

* Comfort operating in ambiguity and with partial information, using curiosity and high-impact questions to uncover additional information needed to move forward
* Proven track record of end-to-end program execution; strong operational, analytical, and project management abilities
* High learning acumen, demonstrated by quickly learning and being able to teach complex concepts
* Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to build trust across stakeholders
* Exudes strong on-stage presence, with the ability to quickly build trust with learners
* Results-oriented and driven to deliver outcomes
* Working knowledge of adult learning theory and/or learning design principles

Preferred: 

* Bachelor degree
* Familiar with technologies such as Camtasia, Vidyard, and Articulate Rise
* Experience developing videos to support micro learning initiatives
* Knowledge of one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Health & Life Sciences, Communication, Media, Technology or Manufacturing
