Job description

 Responsibilities:

  •  Support the digital marketing team in both short-term and long-term projects leveraging UX best practices and consumer insights.
  • Oversee optimization of the current consumer journey by completing KPIs, continuously measuring and bringing creative and practical ideas to the table to improve conversion and overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including Operations, Product Management, Creative Design, Content Analytics, and Digital Marketing Technology
  • Work effectively with an external digital agency when appropriate

Requirements:

  • 3+ / 5+ years in user experience design with focus on responsive web design or mobile apps.
  • Experience in both a plus.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, etc. and the ability to quickly learn new tools as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience with heuristic evaluations, wire-framing, and prototyping (For Senior- creating user journeys, user research experience)
  •  Previous experience working within and refining a design system
  •  Consumer-centric mindset with hands-on experience in e-commerce or other consumer facing applications.
  • Highly flexible and willing, and able to adjust to needs that arise in the marketplace
  • The ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate consumer journeys combining analytics with creativity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Success working in an environment where the pace is fast, and the path is not always linear or clear
  • Agency experience a plus but not required
  • Research experience a plus but not required
  • Passion, curiosity and a commitment to excellence
