Visual Merchandiser
Our client is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to function within our North America division. This role requires a driven individual with experience managing a brand’s visual and merchandising standards across multiple accounts. They will oversee the implementation and support the strategy development for visual merchandising initiatives within all major accounts
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grows our business through exceptional customer service and progressive KPI performance
- Identifies and communicates business opportunities regularly and shares valuable information and feedback with supervisor & corporate team
- Build strong relationships with key partners to support the continued growth of the department through best-in-class visual execution
- Proposes and implements improvements to visual process
- Supports the growth of key wholesale accounts YoY to mature, and to reach revenue projections.
- Visit key accounts frequently (within New York Metro) and non-key accounts as warranted based on the sales demand.
- Partner with Account management to analyze sales and business trends
- Provide weekly updates and financial analysis / progress of goals and KPI’s around all of your assigned accounts.
- Partner with appropriate team members as needed to support, drive & maximize sales and mitigate risk With support of the Merchandising team
- Periodically travel to remote key accounts (outside NY Metro) to maintain standards and perform visual updates
- Consistently communicate with account partners and team members to develop and train on visual standards.
- Manage all in-store sign and marketing campaign collateral for all wholesale accounts.
- Partner with all buying teams to understand omni performance and incorporate in visual strategies.
- Partner and communicate with the Wholesale team to create wholesale strategies in territory.
CROSS- FUNCTIONAL + EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS
- Communicate with merchandising on best/worst sellers and whitespace
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that merchandising and visual objectives are supported and aligned with site/stores content and marketing strategies.
- Monitor receipt flow and support the swift rollout to the selling floors
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years visual management experience
- Strong presenter with the ability to execute strategic initiatives.
- Must be highly organized & possess strong analytical skills.
- Possesses the ability to innovate process and to creatively solve complex problems.
- Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel (design skills+)
- Flexible to deadline demands, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at a time
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills
- High taste level
