Job description
We are currently working with a Luxury timepiece company seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate to join their team. This is an “on-the-road” role – traveling to jewelers throughout the East Coast and reporting to the Director of Visual Merchandising.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising or a related field and experience in luxury retail visual merchandising. This person would be responsible for ensuring that our jewelers remain up-to-date with all brand Visual Merchandising standards by providing on-site guidance as well as administrative support. They will also need to ensure that jewelers' staff’s visual merchandising training needs are met – this would be done through in-person coaching as well as e-learning seminars.
The ideal candidate should be polished, have keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This role is 75% travel throughout the East Coast.
