24 Seven is partnering with a digital marketing and advertising agency based in Vancouver, WA to help them find a VP of Digital Marketing to join their team in this flexible hybrid role. The is a full-time, salaried position with excellent benefits, bonuses, profit sharing and a focus on happy employees and a great work/life balance. 

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is a great communicator, an experienced, compassionate leader, a master of detail, and is truly passionate about innovation around all things digital. We are looking for someone with 10 years of marketing experience with emphasis in the digital marketing realm! 

Who they are looking for:
We're seeking a creative and analytical problem solver to lead our team of digital strategists and marketers. The VP of Digital Marketing oversees our digital marketing service offerings — supporting team members, including digital strategists and account managers, innovating processes, and leveling up our effectiveness on client campaigns to drive revenue and growth.

As VP of Marketing, you will lead a team of Digital Strategists and marketing experts — not specialists, because at the end of the day, we're problem solvers, not just producers. We are passionate about driving real results through data-driven strategy, eager to jump in to support our team and clients across a variety of channels, and  to learn new trends — all to move the needle for our clients.

Daily Responsibilities: 
  • Guide and mentor your team to develop and implement digital marketing research and strategy based on our client's business goals. 
  • Work with and manage our executive team to innovate digital marketing processes and offerings.
  • Improve the quality of work produced by the team.
  • Understand and innovate use of tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Hotjar, and more to optimize results for our clients and our agency.
  • Be the primary point of contact for 6-8 team members.
  • Be a problem solver and resource for team members with client issues 
  • Assist sales team with high level strategy and business development when needed.
  • Assist with high-profile account kick-offs and ensure clients have smooth onboarding.

Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing
  • 8+ years of technical digital marketing experience, preferably in B2C e-com
  •  5+ years in management 
  • 3+ years of agency experience
  • In depth knowledge of analytics and data analysis on Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, CRMs or related tools 

Additional Info: 
  • Required to work onsite Monday - Wednesday 9am - 3pm (although we’re super flexible)
  • Full-time salary position 
  • Reports directly to CEO
