Your Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance and optimization of our suite of digital experiences with a focus on our websites 

• Lead ongoing assortment additions and expansions from ideation through to post-go-live maintenance

• Leverage Google Analytics to drive business decisions

• Mentor and grow a team of direct reports as well as serve as a strong leader amongst the broader team

• Analyze data to proactively identify opportunities and build project plans for achieving business objectives

• Drive for results and exceed expectations

• Partner with a wide and diverse audience, inclusive of Merchandising, Product Development, Digital Creative, Product Management, Operations, Copy, Developers, Retouching, Photography, and Design

• Keen attention to and focus on the total customer experience and the removal of obstacles for our customers and our associates

Our Requirements:

• 8+ years of eCommerce experience

• Experience in leading high-performing teams with direct reports

• Google Analytics certified

• Customer focused and values driven

• Able to juggle multiple priorities with grace

• Adaptable self-starter who understands that with autonomy comes accountability

• Passionate leader who is driven to provide exceptional experiences

• Strong organizational and communication skills
