Womens and Kidswear company is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service/EDI specialist to join their New York Team
Responsibilities to include:
- Order entry into Blue Cherry system.
2) Following Order Allocation through to warehouse
3) Managing order related tasks & requests.
4) Communicating with buyers, sales & warehouse as needed.
5) Reporting and answering buyer requests.
6) Processing price tickets, TOP samples, and other order related functions.
Ideal Candidate
- Working knowledge of Blue Cherry preferred
- Strong Excel knowledge (V-lookups, intermediate macro, file conversions )
- Understanding major retail accounts.
- B2C website supporting skills
- Organized & efficient individual with great follow-up skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to work in a team environment
- A college degree is required.
