Job description

Our client, a women’s apparel brand, is looking for an experienced Wholesale Customer Service Rep to join their team immediately!

 

*This role is a hybrid schedule and will require onsite work in Orange County so only local candidates will be considered.

 

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Work directly with wholesale account partners as well as sales reps
  • Ensure accounts & sales reps are
  • Receive, process and manage all orders
  • Proactively recognize potential problems with orders in terms of in venture discrepancies or delays
  • Consistently update accounts & sales reps on order status and any issues
  • Use strong problem solving skills to manage any issues
  • Partner closely with 3PL
  • Maintain stock, inventory and on order reports
  • Coordinate meetings as needed
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is always provided to accounts and sales reps
  • Data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years experience within wholesale apparel customer service
  • Experience with Apparel Magic or similar ERP required
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus
