OUR CLIENT IS A HOT WOMENSWEAR BRAND AND THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A STRONG NATIONAL ACCT. EXECUTIVE IN SPECIALTY/BOUTIQUE ACCOUNT BUSINESS AND LOCATED IN LA.Position:
National Account Executive will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Description and Responsibilities Sales:
• Wholesale and Brand Specialist for all speciality boutiques across North America with existing relationships within the fashion industry representing the brand.
• Manage existing client appointments and showings including attendance to tradeshows, road appointments and in showroom appointments
• Achieve revenue targets by acquiring new accounts while growing existing account base
• Facilitate all wholesale related functions for accounts including full sales cycle with customers, reorders, after sales, customer service, logistics support, marketing support, in store and virtual trainings and presentations
• Manage all stores sell in and sell out analysis, business planning and sales strategies to drive speciality business across the NA market
• Run and manage weekly, monthly and yearly selling reports for all customers- Must have strong analysis skills and understanding of selling reports
• Management of key retailer partners and ensure smooth daily interactions with the buying team. Key liaison between brand and buying team
• Monitor sales performance with key accounts by analysing weekly sell through reports in support to Sales Manager. Drive in season selling and replenishment orders
• Drive growth opportunities for sales increased by continuously seeking new door opportunities and targeting new accounts. Manage new account target budgets
• Proactively seek opportunities for re-orders and new stock cuts in season, manage stock requests and upsell
• Lead brand specialist with outside agencies to help drive sales through outside sales agents. Assisting Sales Manager with product training, overall brand communication including sampling, product training and sales budgets
• Manage all season samples (SMS and TOP) for in showroom and for accounts
• Use and management of Joor Marketing:
• Work closely with key accounts VM to maximise merchandising strategies and brand representation in stores
• Seek out new opportunities for inclusion in key events and pro-actively assisting in growing brand awareness
• Assist Sales Manager to seek opportunities for exclusive projects with key accounts.
• Collaborate with head office to develop marketing opportunities with North America retailers Customer Service:
• Act as a brand ambassador for the business when dealing with all external parties
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow through on all enquiries
• Work closely with our Customer Service and logistics team to ensure smooth sales transactions
• Foster client relationships to be of the highest standard ensuring weekly contact is maintained with all accounts
• Chase outstanding orders and styles by season and customer
Skills & Requirements:
• MUST have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the wholesale fashion industry and in women's apparel.
• Measurable track record with sales growth
• Experience with running weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports- must have strong analysis skills and understanding of selling reports
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience working with JOOR
• Well organised and efficient with excellent time management skills
• High attention to detail with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Three days in office with willingness to travel for market and road appointments
• Positive attitude
