Our client, a software technology company, is looking to add a Global Director of Workforce Planning to their team for a Full Time, Direct Hire role based in the San Diego, CA area.The Global Director, Workforce Planning is responsible to lead transformational efforts around strategic workforce planning and forecasting. Workforce planning and management focuses on ensuring the organization has the right people, with the right skills, at the right place and time and at the right cost. This role will lead the efforts in developing our strategic workforce planning approach, ensuring the right skills are captured in the organization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Experience in strategy design and implementation of workforce planning programs
- Ability to drive execution while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence peer group in decision making and strategic processes
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder concurrently
- Demonstrated influence management skills to lead and champion change
- Ability to analyze data and prepare executive level reports and recommendation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Innovative thinker and change agent
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
