Our client, is a known toy company looking for a Workfront Consultant to join their team! 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Business owner of the Workfront company-wide project management tool for the creation, review and approval of marketing assets.
  • Lead the deployment and adoption of the tool, and drive alignment across all business units, brand teams and user groups to ensure its effective and consistent use.
  • Spearhead the Workfront Center of Excellence within the company, including:
  • Developing strong working relationships across the organization and being the subject matter expert for Adobe Workfront for the creation and tracking of marketing and communication assets
  • Developing, curating and updating training and process reference material
  • Implementing training sessions
  • Developing a process and system for on-boarding and training new Workfront users
  • Evangelizing the utilization of Workfront and its benefits

  • Oversee the continued implementation, deployment, and optimization of Workfront:
  • Administer and assist with configuration and/or development of Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, approval processes, email notifications, access levels, job roles, teams, groups, etc.)
  • Provide recommendations for improving existing Workfront instance
  • Identify potential integration of other applications to create automation and increase efficiencies
  • Oversee nomenclature and taxonomy protocols and adherence
  • Work with IT and all integrated upstream and downstream system leads to ensure processes and taxonomy are aligned and connected across the entire ecosystem (integration with the company's Digital Asset Management system and nomenclature…).
  • Work with Workfront development and support partners to triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Workfront
  • Manage and maintain communications with Workfront support staff when troubleshooting system issues
  • Collect Workfront feedback and assess users’ needs to improve workflows
  • Manage users/licenses
  • Lead Monthly Governance Committee meetings – Communicate Workfront performance and help evolve the reporting and KPIs for actionable insights.
  • Participate in Marketing Transformation Task Force meetings related to Adobe Workfront.
  • Translate the company's Marketing Transformation initiative into a Workfront roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in Workfront administration, configuration and reporting for a large-size company – 5 years of experience working within the Workfront tool (certification preferable).
  • Broad knowledge of workflow tools and project management systems used by creative teams in corporate organizations.
  • Experience as a Technology Solution "Product Owner/Architect," which includes capturing requirements, conducting functional/technical design, and building/implementing solutions.
  • Proficient in Change Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team effectively and collaboratively. Strong team player.
  • Ability to lead across groups, functions and levels, and to drive adoption and compliance across groups through influence rather than direct reporting.
  • Ability to navigate complex and decentralized structures.
  • Ability to work independently. Self-motivated with a solutions-orientated attitude.
  • Hands-on doer with persistent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in identifying and prioritizing needs, self-managing multiple projects simultaneously and reporting on progress.
  • Skilled in reviewing data from systems and gleaning insights on platform and process effectiveness to form recommendations.
  • Ability to form, articulate, champion and implement a vision for the tool.
  • A broad understanding of the marketing/advertising industry.
  • Microsoft Office Proficient.
  • Value Add: Experience with integration with Digital Asset Management and other systems such as Box, Adobe AEM, Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
