Job description

24 Seven is partnering with a global sportwear client based in Portland, Oregon to help them find a Workplace Project Manager for this hybrid position. This is a part time, 20 hours/week contract that goes until the end of 2024 with potential to increase hours in 2024. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, and more. 

Ideal Candidate: will have 2-3 years experience being a project manager in the workplace with a focus on branding and be able to develop and maintain design standard in the workplace. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage projects within the Workplaces team with a focus on branding. Branding projects include art installations, wall graphics, team and product display, paint, furniture, and internal communications (intranet, video, print).
  • Develop and maintain design standards for the Workplace environment. Organize and socialize processes and practices to maintain design standards.
  •  Audit, document, and activate opportunities for reusing, archiving, or recycling brand artifacts.
  • Coordinate with local and global teams to support the documentation of brand history.
  • Participate in global conversations about activations and experiences to bring to all regions.
  • Collaborate with regional internal and external partners to bring Employee Experience activations 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain best practices within the company. Establish relationships to support fluid communications.
  • Research new processes and practices for supporting positive employee growth potential as it relates to the Workplace environment. Participate and activate diversity and inclusion initiatives as it relates to the Workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with global partners to create design guidelines
  • Align with Brand Design current and future initiatives to ensure the design guidelines are up to date.
  • Write, design, develop, and produce documents to be socialized as guidelines for Workplace projects.
  • Collaborate with global partners to implement and maintain an asset library specific to Workplace installations.
  • Assist in developing structures and processes for organizing design assets.
  • Ensure structure is aligned with workplace guidelines.

Employee Experience
Manage project related to Employee Experience including:
  • Engaging with the global team on a regular basis to get visibility into activations happening across the globe
  • Participate in discussions around ideating for activations and communications to continue to elevate employee experience cross-functionally
