Wovens Supply Chain Associate

Wovens Supply Chain Associate Roles and Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the achievement of on time and in full deliveries for all the product belonging to woven fabrics, including leather and denim in the ready-to-wear collection.
•Daily monitor the delivery schedule for all woven products, along with the delivery priorities (drops) set by merchandising.
•Proactively identify initiatives to reduce/improve the overall product lead time (raw materials + finished goods’ lead time) within the Go to Market company calendar.
•Monitor and manage the Time & Action and Work in Progress at each vendor for all the woven products.
•Create, maintain and constantly manage the Finished Goods Purchase Orders in the company ERP (RLM).
• Manage the planning (projections) and the purchasing of the Woven Products. • Assist the Raw Materials team in the planning (projections) and purchasing of raw materials, such as fabrics, trims, etc.
• Maintain a daily relationship with the vendors, and collaboratively manage their production capacity in order to streamline delivery.
•Collaborate with the Raw Materials team and Product & Design in the timely and effective reduction of raw materials’ liability
•Collaboratively coordinate with all internal stakeholders (product, design, merchandising, planning) and be the supply chain point person for the related categories.
• Actively monitor the compliance of the product master data in the ERP affecting Supply Chain operations.
• Contribute to create a set of Standard Operating Procedures within the supply chain, including those enabling logistics.

Wovens Supply Chain Associate Key Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate is a very analytical profile, with attention to detail.
• Must have a propensity to numbers and a holistic understanding of the fashion calendar.
•Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fashion/luxury company.
•  Prior experience in these categories would represent a plus
• Must know the Go to Market fashion calendar.
• Knowledge in global sourcing, managing time and actions, and knowing the product cycle from development to PO fulfillment.
• Excellent level in MS Excel. Proficiency in RLM (ERP) is a plus
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent spirit of collaboration with other departments.
• Must have a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
