Account Manager - Full Time, Based in Hertfordshire
About The Role
This presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a rapidly growing team at an expanding energy management consultancy. The role involves contributing to accurate energy contract pricing analyses for new and existing clients.
Working closely with consultants and the client services team, the successful candidate will handle sales administration tasks including pricing, query handling, and internal documentation.
Key responsibilities also include developing strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth account management. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and have the potential to grow into other areas of the business over time, with full training and support provided.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong numerical skills
Ability to quickly establish relationships with clients and suppliers
Responsive to customer needs and adept at problem-solving
Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
Proactive problem-solving abilities with a positive mindset
Capacity to manage challenging situations calmly and apply strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales administration or account management roles
Mathematics GCSE or equivalent qualification
Salary Package
37.5 hours per week
Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Annual Leave Entitlement: 29 days, including bank holidays
Additional days off between Christmas and New Year
