Job description

Our client, a men's hygiene brand is seeking a temporary Receptionist to join thier team at their HQ located in Marina del Rey! 

This role will involve assisting with various front office tasks and ensuring smooth operations during our transition period.

Position Details:

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Hourly Rate: $20
  • Start date: Immediate start! 
  • This role is freelance for about 1 month approx. 

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing duties, including managing ambient lighting and music, and maintaining kitchen supplies and equipment.
  • Receiving and organizing weekly Instacart orders.
  • Handling incoming mail via Envoy and Gmail, including distribution and filing.
  • Assisting employees with outgoing mail and packages via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Supporting onsite meals and events organized by our Culture team.
  • Regularly organizing and cleaning high-traffic areas throughout the office.
  • Responding to fan mail and shipping out products/gifts as needed.
