Job description

Our client is seeking a Wholesales Manager to join their Luxury Fashion House based in East London.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for client relationships and day to day communication, showroom appointments and account management from initial order, processing, consolidation, confirmation, shipment and relevant paperwork.

  • Responsible for sales appointment during market to drive orders and ensure all stores in the area are satisfied.

  • Manage the organisation of the showroom and the appointment schedule.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with wholesale clients through constant communication and support.

  • Compile all information required for upload to Joor and complete relevant templates pre-selling season to be shared with the customers seasonally.

  • Actively manage customer orders to ensure that they meet deadlines, review all orders, send OCs and assist with late payments.

  • Create brand and product knowledge training packs, conduct product training sessions and train seasonal showroom staff for all collections.

  • Monitor sell-through reports compiled by the sales executive and manage any claims, returns, and end-of-season return agreements.

  • Prepare monthly invoice lists on shipments and warehouse stock levels to be shared with the Head of Finance.

  • Identify new markets and create outreach plan to implement especially for Menswear to be reported to the Head of Sales

  • Liaise with production team to clearly understand and anticipate delivery dates of finished goods and relay to customers accordingly.

  • Manage the shipping schedule to make sure goods are shipped to the customers within the delivery schedule and upload shipping requests on partner platforms (NAP, Frasers, ModaOperandi etc) 

Required:

  • Experience in Luxury Fashion.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Highly organised.

  • Self-management skills.

Salary: 40-47K DOE
Full time position, on site based in East London.
