They are seeking a Freelance Technical Advertiser Solutions professional to support sales and advertising teams with campaign performance analysis, technical troubleshooting, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong digital advertising knowledge with a hands-on technical skill set and can turn campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key support partner to sales teams by managing case resolution, operational planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify delivery issues, measurement gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational problems related to ad serving, tracking, integrations, and campaign setup.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, advertisers, and agency partners through email, meetings, and video calls.
- Provide proactive and reactive recommendations to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Share platform and auction insights with sales teams to support account strategy and client success.
- Deliver training and guidance on campaign management best practices, reporting, and troubleshooting workflows.
- Contribute to process improvements by using metrics, analysis, and operational feedback to enhance service quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, campaign optimization, technical troubleshooting, or measurement support.
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery, reporting, and performance analysis across digital media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SMB or mid-market sales and service teams at scale.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Project management and process improvement experience.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, or Python for troubleshooting advertising implementations.
- Familiarity with APIs, server-side integrations, tracking pixels, and third-party measurement tools.
- Experience working with agencies, brand advertisers, and performance marketers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across technical, sales, and operations teams.
- Demonstrated success leading trainings, documentation, or stakeholder education sessions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
