Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, team leadership, and customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. This role is ideal for a polished retail professional with strong operational skills, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a premium consumer setting.
Key Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role (Assistant Manager level or above), ideally supporting a new store opening or launch environment
- Background in beauty, flagship retail, or high-end consumer goods
- Proven experience with scheduling, attendance tracking, staff support, and inventory management
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and support achievement of sales and service goals
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner to maintain a high-quality shopping experience
- Monitor inventory accuracy and help uphold visual merchandising standards
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance tracking, onboarding support, and ongoing performance coaching
- Prepare reports, operational documents, and other store communications as needed
- Support cash handling procedures, audits, loss prevention efforts, and compliance with operational policies
- Use retail systems, POS platforms, and reporting tools effectively to manage store performance
- Maintain store standards related to cleanliness, safety, organization, and presentation
- Work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or a related customer-focused industry
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail setting
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required for professional communication
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and high customer traffic
- Availability to work 40 hours per week with schedule flexibility
