Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base salary

Position Summary

We’re hiring an Associate Project Manager for a full-time, remote U.S.-based opportunity. This person will support high-volume project and production workflows across multiple teams, helping keep deliverables on track, stakeholders aligned, and processes running smoothly. This is a strong growth opportunity for an early-career project manager who is organized, proactive, and energized by fast-moving work.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day project management across multiple active workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Traffic assets across departments and maintain organized handoff documentation
  • Triage incoming requests, prioritize work based on timing and capacity, and escalate blockers proactively.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and project status across a high volume of concurrent projects.
  • Partner with project managers, account teams, writers, designers, and production partners to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Help ensure briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, and feedback loops stay organized.
  • Perform quality checks before work moves into the next stage of production.
  • Maintain trackers, timelines, and status reports with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and changes clearly and proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and make high-volume production more efficient and repeatable.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in a creative, digital, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume setting.
  • Hands-on understanding of production workflows from intake through final delivery.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across account, creative, and client-facing stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, manage shifting priorities, and keep work on schedule.
  • Working knowledge of Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and similar collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with digital asset production, including display, social, email, and motion, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting embedded client teams is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI tools that support production or project management workflows is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Background in global content or localization workflows.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, cloud, or SaaS-focused accounts.
  • Comfort working in highly collaborative, fast-evolving production environments.
