Role Overview

Hybrid 3 days a week in Beverly Hills,
Contract, May 1 start date – July 2026
40 hrs a week
$40/hr (w2)

We’re looking for a highly executional, detail-oriented Creative Performance Strategist to support paid media and creative testing across growth channels. This is a junior-to-mid level role ideal for someone who understands what makes ads perform and is eager to learn, iterate, and scale winning creative.

This role sits at the intersection of paid media (primarily Meta), creative strategy, and content production, helping turn performance data into high-performing ad creative. You’ll work closely with paid media buyers and creative teams to develop, test, and optimize assets that drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Creative Strategy (Meta Focus)

  • Support creative strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid social channels
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) to identify trends
  • Translate data into clear creative direction, including hooks, messaging, and formats
  • Assist in building and iterating on high-performing ad concepts

Creative Briefing & Execution

  • Write clear, concise creative briefs for designers and content creators
  • Partner with creative teams to develop paid social assets (static, video, UGC-style)
  • Help manage creative production timelines and asset delivery
  • Ensure assets align with performance goals and platform best practices

Testing & Optimization

  • Support ongoing creative testing across campaigns
  • Track performance and identify winning variations
  • Iterate quickly on concepts based on results
  • Maintain organization of creative learnings and best practices

Cross-Channel Collaboration

  • Work closely with paid media teams to align on campaign priorities
  • Support execution across additional channels (e.g. display, YouTube, emerging paid platforms)
  • Help ensure consistency between ad creative and landing page experience

Qualifications

  • ~1–3 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or creative strategy
  • Strong familiarity with Meta ads ecosystem (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Understanding of performance metrics and what drives conversion
  • Experience writing or contributing to creative briefs
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Based in Los Angeles and able to be onsite in Beverly Hills 3 days/week

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with paid media teams or agencies
  • Exposure to creative testing frameworks or UGC-style content
  • Basic understanding of other paid channels (YouTube, display, etc.)
