Creative Strategist
A fast-growing wellness and lifestyle brand is seeking a highly conceptual, social-first Creative Strategist to lead the development of high-performing paid social creative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who blends brand sensibility with performance thinking and knows how to create content that stops the scroll and drives action.
About the Role
This person will shape and evolve creative systems built for paid social environments, balancing brand integrity with the realities of how audiences engage with content in-feed. Working closely with senior creative leadership, this role will help concept, direct, and refine compelling visual storytelling across high-volume campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Lead concept development for paid social creative that is hook-first, narrative-driven, and performance-minded
- Translate brand standards into scalable content systems optimized for fast-moving digital channels
- Build repeatable creative frameworks that support testing, iteration, and ongoing campaign evolution
- Define and guide UGC strategy, including creator direction, scripting, tone, and structure
- Oversee production across creator-led content, lo-fi assets, and polished brand creative
- Partner with designers, editors, and external collaborators to deliver high-quality work at scale
- Use performance insights to inform creative optimization and combat fatigue with fresh concepts
- Ensure all output feels cohesive, on-brand, and culturally relevant
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in creative direction for digital and social-first brands
- Deep understanding of what makes content perform across paid social platforms
- Experience directing both UGC-inspired and elevated brand creative
- Ability to deliver high-volume output without sacrificing taste or quality
- Strong instincts for storytelling, casting, pacing, and editing rhythms
- Proficiency with creative and editing tools, including Adobe Premiere
- A collaborative, low-ego approach and bias toward action
