Job description

We’re looking for a versatile, concept-driven Digital Designer to join a collaborative Integrated Communications team. This is an opportunity for a creative professional who loves variety: shaping visual stories for digital campaigns, web and intranet experiences, social content, presentations, events, employee communications, and more.

Location: NYC
Schedule: Hybrid
Salary $100000-135000 (plus benefits)

You’ll work closely with partners across the business to turn strategic messages and big ideas into smart, polished, on-brand creative. In a lean, fast-moving environment, you’ll have meaningful ownership, broad exposure, and the chance to make an impact across a wide range of high-visibility projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Create compelling visual concepts and digital assets for email campaigns, landing pages, web and intranet content, social media, presentations, events, digital signage, and marketing materials.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand goals, audiences, timelines, and channel needs—then deliver creative that is strategic, engaging, and fit for purpose.
  • Design high-profile corporate communications, including reports, executive letters, investor presentations, thought-leadership materials, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Bring energy to employee communications through photography, headshots, event and office signage, digital displays, and engagement programming.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and content partners to evolve email templates and develop fresh campaign creative.
  • Design accessible, optimized assets for web and digital channels, including landing pages, blog graphics, and responsive content.
  • Create and edit short-form video, animation, and social content that feels current, polished, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain and evolve digital asset libraries, templates, icons, photography, and other brand resources to make creative work easier and more consistent across teams.
  • Manage external creative partners—including printers, photographers, and production vendors—to ensure quality, timeliness, and brand consistency.
  • Stay curious about design trends, accessibility, emerging digital tools, and AI-enabled creative workflows, bringing forward ideas that improve how the team works.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related creative field; a BA/BS in Graphic Design or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design across digital, web, email, presentation, and brand-focused work.
  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Experience with Figma and a working knowledge of UX/UI principles, information hierarchy, wireframing, prototyping, and digital user experience best practices.
  • Strong presentation design skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive web and email design, website content management, SEO basics, metadata, image optimization, and web publishing.
  • Excellent project-management instincts, with the ability to juggle competing priorities, manage vendors, and deliver polished work on deadline.
  • A clear, confident creative point of view—and the communication skills to explain and champion it.
  • Comfort using AI-powered creative tools, such as Adobe Firefly or Microsoft Copilot, thoughtfully and responsibly within brand and compliance standards.
  • Background in B2B, corporate communications, brand management, or thought-leadership marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, Drupal, or Workiva.
  • Photography, video-production, editing, or animation experience.
